2025 ARMORTEK KIT SURVEY

Over the last few years we have brought out a whole series of kits as a direct result of your feedback - kits like the Pershing, JagdPanther, Hetzer, Leopard 2A4, and more recently the Sd Kfz 7, 88mm Flak 36 and the upcoming Challenger 2.

So, in keeping with what has become and annual tradition, here is your opportunity to once again influence our future production plans.

We have added in some "guide pricing" next to the names of the models. This is a rough estimate of the price at the current rates.

Thanks in advance for your input and we look forward to the results.

Leighton Hall Xmas Night Out (2009)

Post by Richie Wignall »

Hi Guys

While we were busy playing tanks today, Lisa has been on the internet this morning and found out some details for us all to get together for a christmas night out, as we talked about.

The most central area is probably Lancaster, so found that the Holiday Inn in Lancaster is the best value. They have a party night on either Friday 12th or Saturday 13th December (please let me know your prefered night). They offer a 3 course meal and entertainment (DJ i think) for £22 pp. They have rooms available as well and they are discounted to £49 per double room with breakfast.
The added bonus is that you can check in after 2pm on the day and use their facilities of sauna, steam room, swimming pool, gym and beauty salon etc to make you guys all lovely...... (not saying that you are not of course)

Please let me know ASAP if this is okay, or if anyone has any better ideas? Saturday 13th would be better for us. I think we'll need to get sorted quite quick as its only 3 weekends away. Wives includes of course

Lisa's already checked out the prices for Lancaster House Hotel, and they are ridiculous, on prices - £192 for a double room for one night!!!!

Thanks
Richie & Lisa

Hi Guys,

Unfortunately my job gets in the way again, sorry it's no good for me, it's my weekend to work and I'm on call as well. I have asked if anyone will swap shifts but no one wants to, and I don’t have any annual leave left.

After looking at my roster, and what weekends I have free, Fri 05 Dec, Sat 06 Dec and Sat 20 Dec. It would be unfair of me to ask you all to change just to suit me, so I will have to give this a miss  , sorry guys, but have a good time.

Paul  .

UPDATE

Post by Richie Wignall »

Hi Guys

Update for the Christmas night out.

Phoned the holiday Inn today and the party thats already booked for Friday 5th have hired ALL the function room, so we can't got on Friday, but we've been offered Saturday 6th instead. I've provisionally booked a table (a round table) for 10-12 people and provisionally booked 6 rooms. Sounds like it'll be a busy night because we're the last table available, and been promised that they will hold the rooms for us all. (I hope there's at least 4m2 on the dance floor for Richie's moves ha)

I'm going to get a reference number from them on Thursday, to allow each couple to phone up and pay for their rooms / meal

I hope this is okay with everyone and sorry about all the changes in dates. Please let me know if you can all make it.

Thanks

Lisa (in Richie's abscence as he's at college)

Hi Lisa.
Change of date no problem but we do not need a room only live six miles away and we will just get a lift home, thanks again for taking the time to sort this out.
