Could one of the Chieftain specialist kindly confirm if the tubular arm from the front of the MG cradle to the fixed point on the elevation gaiter is a travel lock of sorts as I cannot see it on all mounts (although there are the fixing points). I cannot see otherwise how it fits into the mount elevation etc.
