Help please

As one can see from the above photo, the barrel of the Tiger 1 has a locking ring with slots cut in the ring for a large C spanner. Could somebody advise me if there are two or three slots in this barrel locking ring?

Morning Vince, there are x3 of these grooves around the gun barrel one is facing upwards directly in the middle of the gun.

I checked,
i confirm that there are two "notches", at least in this tank,
can be seen clearly in this photo. However, you can also see clearly on 131.

Sorry for this late reply and yes it was 2 slots on this barrel ring.
On the Vimoutiers Tiger they was at 4 and 10 o’clock.
