Did you remember some problems with the trak links? - Sometimes it make a sound of 'knack' if the sprokes wants to into the driving wheel.

Thanks for the video Phil. Lovely Famo. I thought it interesting the first bogey wheel wanted to turn backwards when FAMO was going forward or back. Some great details in that machine.

Hi Bob, the Famo sure is an impressive model. That first road wheel just catches the occasional sprocket roller, if the suspension was set a little higher it would miss but as the suspension arm travels through it's arc it's going to just touch at some point. You can either let it all settle down with some run time or turn a few thou off the OD of the wheel (it's not the rubber tyre). Be interesting to see what others have done.
Hi Florian, the tracks do make that lovely halftrack "clatter" as the links contact the sprockets, again I think that will settle down with a little run time.

What is the glue used to stick the rubber pad ring together permanently with the sprocket? Thanks.

Hi Chang, the same loctite 480 used for the road wheels, it's the one with the black rubber compound .

Make sure you test fit the rubber to fit the track flats perfectly and mark with a pencil line, get this wrong and the 480 sets and you will be buying new rubbers !
