Just a couple of pics from Tiger Day at Bovington as I’m sure there will be better ones put on later! One I’ve called “Supporters” the other I’ve called “The Crowd Goes Wild!”
Weather was “blustery”!

2025 ARMORTEK KIT SURVEY
Over the last few years we have brought out a whole series of kits as a direct result of your feedback - kits like the Pershing, JagdPanther, Hetzer, Leopard 2A4, and more recently the Sd Kfz 7, 88mm Flak 36 and the upcoming Challenger 2.
So, in keeping with what has become and annual tradition, here is your opportunity to once again influence our future production plans.
We have added in some "guide pricing" next to the names of the models. This is a rough estimate of the price at the current rates.
Thanks in advance for your input and we look forward to the results.

Yes
Even though it was tied to a tree, held down with sand bags, jerry cans full of water and metal weights, we were all looking over our shoulders when there was a strong gust!
Steve and Chris were on duty during a particularly windy section of the day.
Adrian.

Re: Tiger Day XI
Tiger Day XI (other tanks are available.........). Great day out, thanks to Kian for organising and to Chris for hard labour setting up. The weather Gods were kinder than they might have been, just howling gales to cope with. As the day progressed, the number of exhibitor tents reduced. Unllike hundreds of others, I resisted any urges to run across the car park to worship Tiger 131 as she passed in state but did pay homage to the Comet and Chieftain preparing to enter the arena. Some images of the day (in fact, quite a lot). Denny, Chris, cake much appreciated.

Re: Tiger Day XI
More tanks, which aren't Tigers.....
With apologies to Tiger lovers. It goes to show how an excess of popular enthusiasm can over-expose something, just as with the Vulcan and XH588 "Vulcan to the Sky (where else?)" and the Spitfire. Other pieces of military hardware are available.

Re: Tiger Day XI
Looking at the Photo of Chris and I, we've been Tangoed! It was, despite the forecast,a good day with a few spots of rain lots of wind and when it was sunny, warm but otherwise quite chilly. A good day to escape to better weather than at home!
