Earlier in the week I ordered a roll of QuikSteel Aluminium loaded putty. They delivered ordinary QuikSteel putty (which is cheaper).

A couple of days ago I ordered a length of 10mm AF hex brass bar and a length of 8mm round brass bar. They delivered both as hex brass bars (which also works out cheaper, oddly).

I do wonder if some firms are cut out for mail order

At least I can get on with the M3 road wheel axles.

Perhaps you should name and shame Adrian?
Presumably you had a similar rant at them.......the way in which that is received/dealt with is a clue to their attitude in general.
I suppose we are all entitled to the odd mistake but with two consecutive incorrect orders this sounds more systematic, and we could collectively avoid using them. Just a thought.......

Unfortunately, these are two different suppliers, one from Ebay and one from Amazon.

Just seems my luck isn't in at the moment.

You are not alone Adrian.

Just realised that the stepper motor I received has a higher phase resistance then advertised. In a way it's better for me.
