finaly got my computer working again , so i have put the rest of my

late tiger pictures in the gallery , im quite pleased with the final result.

the only down side to this , is an uncontrolable urge to build another

hopefully a panzer 111 , not shore how yet

Super-fantastic details and painting. Your weathering and camo are excellent. The zimmerit chipping looks very realistic. Thanks for posting in the forum that you completed it - I would have never known to look in your gallery. On a sad note, some of the photos are dissapointingly blurry in larger size, but overall super job!

Your tank is an inspiration to future Late Tiger builders.

As a look at a Late Tiger I in 1:6th was the reason why I got into this hobby at all and will be that last one (of 4) I build when my skill in building them is up to a level needed for the final result I want, your posted photos come in a bad moment as I now want to skip everything else and start on the Tiger...

Your Tiger is a masterpiece! And for sure the best Late Tiger I have seen so far - and I have seen many.
Detailing is stunning and paint / weathering is breathtaking. Very, very well done. And your choice of SS101 is the same as my own.

Thanks for posting David, those photos will be nice inspiration for me.

Thanks for all your comments it makes the hobby even more worth while

when i first did the camo i thought i had ruined it, but it all seemed to

come together after it was weathered, also the parts from Mike stannard,

Steve winston , Tim catton and Dave dibb. and all the help from Lee sellars. have made it what it is.

not shore what i have done to my camera to make the pictures so large.

i will see if i can change it.

David, A great model,an inspiration to us all.Is it possible to give a few tips how you got the rust detail on the "C" tow hooks and on the pioneer tools.

hi Jeff

the rust on the tools and C hook etc, where first sprayed with

humbrol ,rust. enamel then all the edges gone round with a graphite

pencil . also put a small amount of graphite on my finger and rubbed

over the surfaces . then given a very light spray of tamiya buff after

they where fitted to the deck
