Good morning all
Just installed the taper lock bush, locks to the hub ok but I can slide the hub and taper lock bush off the axel. I don't think this is correct. I believe it's installed correctly. What did I do wrong, please help

If it slides off, you haven't done the two grub screws up tight enough. These things really bite when fitted correctly.
I take it you only have the grub screws fitted in the 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock positions (with the slot through the bush vertical) ?

Yes, I have it installed just like you explained, grubs at three and nine. Grubs are tightened level with the taper bush lock and hub
