It's made by Dragon in Dreams, and comes with the 'John Colman' figure. You can get the figure and gun, MIB, for a lot less than €185 .....
Also, it's of no use with a Mark IV, which used Lewis m/g's. It is appropriate for the Rolls Royce, though.

They are very nice... I have one from Dragon. For my Rolls-Royce.
And, yes, it was less than L185.
But it is still a lovely miniature! And they are getting hard to come by.
