well gents i have been following several build threads.
My queries at the moment concern the assembly of the axle.
I get the point of Loctite a 3*14 pin into the EP0205.
this sub assembly then fits into the slot of the differential (CP0279)
my concern is that its not a very easy fit- the pin is too fat or the slot needs fettling- so i can slide it in.
How far should it go in as well?
Any thoughts on the matter.
thankfully i noted the comment about diagram 8B otherwise i would have not put the shaft to connect to the bevel gear
before using loctite to fix EP0202 in place

Re: Rear Axle
Hello Dave, the pin end of EPO205 is 'fat' as you describe'. Before fitting the 3x14 pin, file the pin end of half shaft until it slides smoothly into the differential cup. Then Loctite the pin in place. Be careful not to cross threat EPO202 torque tube rear into EPO210 torque tube front. Make sure the rear drive all turns freely....Mick
