Hi all
I have started my 25 build I have enclosed some photos.
I have counter sunk the back of the wheels so the break drum moldings will fit closer.
I have also fitted bolts with the heads chopped off and nuts on to make them like studs.
Question (maybe for Dave at Armorpax) the molded shells from the limber do not seam to be the correct size to fit the barrel are the shells to big or is the barrel not drilled large enough.
Regards Andy Q

Re: Andy's 25 pounder build and questions!!!
Hi Andy,
Hopefully my Shells are about the right size! None of the rounds we have made fully fit the breeches on the various guns without some mods. I have left the brass insert out on the 17 Pdr Pheasant so I will hopefully be able to get a round in.
Best regards
Dave

Hi Andy,
Also noticed you had the good sense to fit the inner trail tie downs early on. I like and idiot left them till I'd all most finished the Pheasant carriage and then remembered what a pain they had been to drill on the 25 Pdr after it was assembled...................you'd think I would have learned by now how to put these things together
Best regards
Dave

Hi Dave
Only because of all the photos that you sent me. Thanks
I you look at the limber in the background you will see that we all make mistakes I have fitted the door retainers wrong but they are all fixed now so they will stay like that.
