Hi All,
Got my PAK the other day. Really neat kit, and kudos to Armortek. Been wanting one of these for a while. I noticed that the rubber tires are quite a bit bigger than the alum wheels however. I can make a shim (.4-.5mm thick by looks of it) to take up the space. I seem to remember this being an issue on other models - but cannot remember the preferred solution.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Bob

Re: PAK 40 Tire question
So......this is the solution I came up with for tire fit issue:
Made shim from .014" (.35mm) Alum sheet, drilled holes to give adhesive something to grip onto.

Fit of shims inside tires is quite tight:

Used tie wraps to clamp and squeeze the shim while glue dries on wheel.

Finally after some final trimming, painting, removing excess glue etc, the tire fits nice and snug.

All for now, onto next thing....
