Commission build questions

Dear forum members,

Having too little time, and still having some unstarted kits, I'm considering subbing out some more work.

I just wanted to get a feel on what it would take to commission a build out ?

1. Who are the builders that would do this?
2. I suppose there would be some negotiattion on the build, depending on paint, details, etc. but what would be a reasonable range of charges?
3. What would be a reasonable timeline?
