Your Tiger sounds and looks great, mine is a 101st too, No. 311 of Aug. '44. But I am curious about your zoning restriction, that was simply against operating a surface vehicle?

I never heard of such a thing unless it has it a matter of frequency (mine is on 2.4 Ghz). I mean, in Nazi Germany it was against the law to operate a radio receiver to listen to BBC, etc. So where do you live, and how do they justify such a restriction?

they can take my Tiger only when they can pry it from my cold, dead fingers

Thanks Martin, have a look! Third company huh,.. very nice!

I live in a small town next to Laguna Beach CA and after I finished my Tiger, I discovered almost by accident about the restrictions. People around here do break the law but I can't just tuck the Tiger and dash when the Einsatztruppen arrive unlike the fellows with their 1/10th cars, etc.

I'm stepping away from the 1/6th for awhile to concentrate on my BMW R71 sidecar rig and a Datsun 510 weekend racer...both 1:1 scale...

David,

I am sure your Tiger will go quick. I have always been impressed with it. Mine will more than likely be a Late model for the 101st.

Good luck, Jim
