I don't think there is anything fixed about where things should go, and the Tiger is big enough to be fairly flexible about where things are fixed. I have some pictures of my tank below.




I think that it is generally accepted that the speed controllers go on the paniers by the motors with the turret turn and gun elevation switchers also on the paniers. The control box has to go at the rear on the paniers to be able to reach the switches through the rear deck gratings. I have a tamiya sound system in the semi transparent red box and I have chosen to fit the gun elevation switcher in the turret and to make a single loom with multi pin plug up to the turret to allow easy removal of the turret.
