Laycock show

Post by Adrian Harris »

Our pitch, (dis)courtesy of Independent Armour:

Just the two of us today, until Marc arrived at kicking out time.

There was a very nicely presented 25 pounder there:

And a Morris C8 Commercial truck, rather than a FAT:

Anyone planning a conversion of the Armortek kit ?

Adrian -

It's actually 'Lacock' .....

Here's some more pictures of the stand on Sunday. A great day out, and we certainly pulled the crowds - at least until 3pm when it chucked it down.

The organisers (Military Vehicle Trust) certainly seemed pleased with us - we even got presented with commemorative mugs. So hopefully we'll get invited back next year - there's certainly a lot to see.

Thanks to Denny for organising it, and Marc for his support in coping with Denny  .

All the best,

Chris

Just put it down to my Berkshoire accent...

We hardy souls didn't get mugs on Saturday, but then Denny might get into even more trouble if he starts bringing mugs home from every show he attends ...

Seems like a fair swap...

> which I will give you at Tankmod

Thank you :D

Funnily enough, I found Mr Jones's posting on how to program mixing on the DX6 and it works equally as well on the DX9. I've not tested it yet but it looks good on the transmitter. I think I was trying something way too complicated - no change there then
