hi dale
the speaker boxes , i used plastic ones from rs components, the size of the speaker.or you could make them out of ply wood.
for the do,s and donts, sorry cant help on that, as mine was fine just plug and play, with no problems (TBS5 WITH WATER SMOKER). just double check everything before powering up.not sure if yours is the tbs5,but thomas says in my instructions THE MAX VOLTAGE OF THE RECEIVER MUST NOT EXCEED 5V. A 4.8V BATTERY OR A BEC SYSTEM IS RECOMMENDED.DONT USE A 6V BATTERY!
the sound can be turn up and down, also the bass and the treble control. you also have mg and muzzle flash on the tbs5.
hope this helps, but lees very help full if you have any problems.

Last night I hooked up my new sound unit after reading the instructions for a week , as I'm hopeless with electrical things . I did have to ring Mark at Armortek to check on a couple of things . It was good to talk to him for the first time in two and a half years of being an armortek owner . Any way I could not get it to work . So one more quick call to Mark and away it went . It was that loud I could not hear Mark on the other end of the phone . So I guess he now know's It's working . Thanks Marks . Regards Dale.

Do you still use 24V batteries as the power source for the Benedini unit and the amplifier unit?

Hello Chang . Welcome to the forum . I use two 12V x 22amp hour batterys which puts out 24v . All the extra functions on the armortek motion packs runs off thier own special built control box which reduces the power to each part at the right volts . Chang are you still coming up to the Newcastle hobby show ?? I bet you can't wait to get your King tiger .Dale
