Thank you to all who have shown their interest. I will be sending PMs when I have got more information and details sorted. The contact that Gill has given me, Neil, I spoke to today, but is going away for two weeks now. So that gives a timescale for me getting back to you with more information.
As a positive enticement the show opens at 10.00am and vehicles have to be unloaded by 9.45am so for any one who lives in a 35 mile radius of Abingdon the Alarm will not have to be set too early for a civilised start. 8) Or if you wish exhibitors who wish to be on site and camp on the Saturday Night can do so to be ready for Sunday in a relaxed way.
Especially if you have gone down to Bovington for Tiger Day.
Thanks again!
Steve

Thank you Mark, I will add your name to the list!
I have just spoken to the organiser and I am sorting out a booking form so that Passes and so on can be prepared. The gist is, that I will need to know Names of Attendees and because this show is not just about Tanks, the Names of spouses/partners who may also wish to attend! I have confirmed there is no charge for attendance at the event, but as there is a charitable aim for the event, please be prepared for me to have a collection tin to rattle to try and obtain a small contribution. (Neil Porter is very aware that attendance at this sort of event involves a contribution in kind for us to be there in the first place). I also would like to know how many Tanks/Vehicles people are likely to bring.
The last thing to say is that I will need to have everything firmed up by the 17th April.
Plenty of time :|

Please could those who have expressed an interest send me their email and I will email the booking form which will need to be printed off and posted to me, I am coordinating all our entries. My email is steve.stuart@virgin.net.
Given that not only people may wish to bring models other than Armortek ones and that this is open to people with memberships of The UK Tank Club or the Southern Armour Group, I have given a catch all name of !/6 Scale Armour Display Group to use as a label. I hope this is satisfactory, better suggestions will be gratefully received!
Thanks Steve

This posting is by way of a flag wave to remind, and to prompt any others to come and join us for the day. Especially those who live in the Wessex/Mercia borders! (I can never quite work out just what region Oxfordshire is?)
