Signal or trigger voltage not present on amplifier module

Another techy question guys, the signal voltage from the amplifier module, thats the one that comes from the spare connection pin on the sound board via a single brown wire back to the posh M S smoke unit, it allows the smoker to function whilst the vehicle is stationary, this one has no voltage that i can detect with a fluke, the other pins have voltage and will activate the unit but with no control.
I suppose it needs to be repaired by Armortek but i just wondered if anyone has a solution

That sounds like one of my fan control modules. A little square box with two red LEDs ?

The signal from the Amplifier module should go low when the engine start sound is played, and whilst the engine sounds are being played, it should have a PWM signal on it, with the pulse width based on the the engine revs.

I forgot to mention that this particular signal is just passed through the Amplifier Module directly from the Benedini TBS5 sound card, so check that the TBS5 is plugged in correctly into the Amplifier Module, as it is possible to plug it in askance and get it on the wrong pins.

If everything is plugged in correctly, it sounds like the TBS5 is faulty.
