Dave Webster has asked for this invitation to be posted for anyone or group wishing to attend. I contact Dave earlier this year regarding attending this event in April and he passed on this additional information for 2016 show.

We would like to invite you once again to attend our next Spalding Model Engineering and Hobby Show to take place on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th April 2016 at Springfield’s Event Centre, Spalding.

If your club is interested in having a club stand at our show then please let us know as soon as possible please and no later than 31st January 2016 in order for us to allocate space. Club Exhibitor Entry Forms are available on our website to download - http://www.spaldingshow.com.

Members from another tank group have suggested having a diorama outside, is this something that you would be interested in?

We have to hand a good assortment of miniature trees, rockery stone and other soil based products if need be. We know the head gardener very well!

Due to the strict security system that we have in place, it does not allow for exhibits to be removed from the show until after the show finishes on Sunday at 4.30pm. For Security, Health and Safety reasons and administrative efficiency, booking in is only done on Friday.

There is free caravanning and camping available to on the site, if you wish to take up the offer.

I currently do not know whether I will be attending this show, and unfortunately due to other commitments at this time, I will not be able to organise any group attendance.
