2025 ARMORTEK KIT SURVEY

Over the last few years we have brought out a whole series of kits as a direct result of your feedback - kits like the Pershing, JagdPanther, Hetzer, Leopard 2A4, and more recently the Sd Kfz 7, 88mm Flak 36 and the upcoming Challenger 2.

So, in keeping with what has become and annual tradition, here is your opportunity to once again influence our future production plans.

We have added in some "guide pricing" next to the names of the models. This is a rough estimate of the price at the current rates.

Thanks in advance for your input and we look forward to the results.

2015 War and peace show

Post by martin pitcairn »

I just got back from the War and Peace show with my daughter, it was a great day out, saw some fantastic machines, 2 Vietnam era M113's with extra machine gun ports. A lovely little Russian armoured car, some fantastic re-enactors, great set ups from The Home front to Me 109's and a spitfire and hurricane setup. There was Dave Dibb with his stuff including his beautiful 25 lber with Limber and the 3ft barrel of the pak 43 he is about to start on. All great but I kept thinks that I had missed an area or that something was missing??

140 miles back down the road it came to me, where was the heavy machinery, There were almost no tanks to be seen other than a few dotted around, the static(?) panther and the 2 faux stugs. 1 Regular army and 3/4 others. where were the bridge-layers, the Shermans, M10's Big 1/2 tracks and Famo's (sorry for using the F word). it might be we just missed an area.

Don't get me wrong it was great, good Sunny weather, good food on offer, some very interesting people including talking to Herr Flick and Lt Gruber and the rest of the Allow, Allow crew. It just felt that the vehicle side was greatly reduced,

Just my 2p worth

Hi Martin,

Thanks for the skinny. Have a very specific question for you.
Any Dragon Wagons (M25 or M26) on parade? Difficult to miss if present!

Don't want to waste a precious "Pink Ticket" looking only at sexed up Snatch Landies and Humber Pigs! Well not this year, anyway.

Hope Dave has his wellies ready for tomorrow.

Cheers, Fabrice

Hi Martin,

Thanks for that, I could not see any M25s in the W&P gallery. Perhaps I will find one at Military Oddity in August.

Cheers, Fabrice

Thursday was sunny and hot, the traffic getting on to the A20 was slow, but I think we were better off than today, although the dust will have been kept down.....
