I have decided to now sell my Armortek Panther Ausf G with all of the option packs fitted and also comes with a Futaba T8J 2.4 GHz transmitter so is ready to use straight away.
This Panther was built by Steve Norris quite recently and (as is usual with Steve's builds) it is a very nicely built and detailed tank indeed ie all weld lines hatch details, front drivers periscope, gun barrel travel lock, muzzle brake etc.
A lot of the standard Armortek items have been upgraded with parts by the likes of Steve Winstone and others. It has hardly had any running time on it at all.
The tank is modelled on one of the very late war Panthers, hence the lack of a cupola ring and other noticeable details.
As I have previously said the Panther comes with the motion pack, sound pack and smoke unit along with a working headlight and convoy light that is turned on and off from the TX. It has a working machine gun that can also be moved from side to side, again remotely from the TX. A battery monitoring light is fitted so as you can easily check the state of the batteries and is fitted next to the on/off switch that is easily accessed by lifting the rear access hatch.
I have within the last fortnight replaced both of the batteries with new Lucas 12v 22ah units as one of the batteries had a slightly weak cell. Thomas has recently replaced and upgraded the Panther sound card as well as the original sound card had developed a fault within it.
In some of the pictures the panther is missing its side protection plates but the tank comes with a full set of the armour side plates.
