Mick's 25 Pounder
Thought I would add some internal detail to my Limber. Stand off scale. Not intended to be accurate, more to add interest when the limber door are opened. Looking forward to Armorpax upgrades....Mick

Nice Michael,
I thought they were shell casings. Hope they make a tractor so you can pull the gun and limber.

Enjoying the build now with Armorpax upgrades slowly being added. Makes a big difference to the 'look' of the Limber.

Re: Mick's 25 Pounder
Hi Mick,
Good to see someone else adding Dave's upgrades on the 25 pdr and Limber kits.
Nice tidy workshop area, well organised.
I have made a start on the limber kit first then onto the 25 pdr next!
As John says hope they make a tractor so we can pull the gun and limber!!
Will need to download my build ups on the forum soon!
Cheers

Re: Mick's 25 Pounder
Hello Ian, thank you for your reply. I am 'required' to keep my workshop neat and tidy since being allocated the 'small' bedroom in which to pursue my hobbies.
We are way behind many 25PDR builders while awaiting the upgrades. It's all hands to the pumps now. I think the Armorpax additions are great and add lots of detail. I like many other 25PDR builders are hoping for a tractor, to complete the finishing touch.
Best wishes....Mick

Hi Mick,
Well if you are 'required' to keep the 'small' bedroom "WORKSHOP" neat and tidy, that's not a bad deal then to keep the peace instead of invading any other other areas of your house?
As for me I build my kits in the lounge on 'my' dinning room table, where it's warm and I can watch the big flat tv screen on the wall with one eye and work on my kits with the other eye!
I decided to wait until I got the Armorpax 25pdr upgrade parts and also the upgrade Limber parts before I made a start on them. And to get used to starting a new build went for the limber kit first and then next the 25 pdr gun itself. And as you say adding the Armorpax detailed upgrades makes a big difference to the whole 'look' of both kits for sure!
As for a tractor to pull them both if I had a choice would be the WWII British Morris Quad Gun Tractor!
Cheers…..Ian
