Hi Bryan,

Yes your right there is not many of us up here, into the big 1/6th stuff, that's for sure…..as for how far away I'm from Montrose, is a good few hundred miles from my house on the south side of Glasgow.

The nearest I got to Montrose this year was back in April when I visiting Perth to see The Scottish National Scale Model Show, which was very good.

I hope to travel south next year to visit Tankfest show at Bovington and if Armortek are having another show too that would be on my list to do.

Cheers for now
Ian

Aah Ian, yes you were the guy that was very helpful with the model shows back in the Summer. I did go to the one in Dundee just for a look but it was all plastic unfortunately but spoke to a few people and they all said that I should have taken a tank down just to run about etc, maybe next year. I was down at Bovvy this year and thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the Tiger but the museum itself is incredible, if you go down let me know as I can recommend a great place to stay.

Regards

Bryan.
