E-Mails/Spares

Hi All

Working through my in-box this morning, I am very conscious of the number of e-mails I have awaiting answers/action.

I just wanted to re-assure anyone waiting, that all e-mails are kept in my in box until they have been replied to or necessary actions carried out. Apart from the volume received, our recent ongoing re-organisation has meant that access to spares has been limited and caused additional hold ups.
