Bovington Sherman Plans

Post by Adrian Harris »

Has anyone here (Mr Skeldon ? ) ordered the Sherman DD plans ?

All their other Sherman plans are for various of the M4A4 (Sherman V) variant but if memory serves, their DD exhibit is a cast hull Sherman (M4A1 ?).

Dave,

Will the DD Sherman be capable of floating and moving under its own steam in water. If so it will be an amazing achievement. It looks superb by the way and clearly a lot of fidly work has been completed to make the frame and material fit that well.
