David congratulations - that's an outstanding (upstanding) piece of craftsmanship. Thanks for sharing it.

You must have be a touch relieved when the first elevation (choosing words carefully) worked as advertised. Hope we will see it at the Open Day, you'll have a big queue of tanks wanting to cross.

We were warned on pain of death not to accelerate until well clear of the far side - but there's always one and I've seen a Cent bridge firmly shoved back into the river that way. Some very angry Sappers wondering how to recover it.....

Well done, something very special. (And the 100 gall tank looks pretty good too).

Thank you all for the postive comments.Now i know the basic system works i can get on with the rest of the tank and bridge.Still a long way to go.
