Hi guys I am building an Armortek original Sherman and although I would normally use Tamiya acrylics applied through my airbrush I was wandering if anybody had ever tried historic military vehicle paint as per the attached ling to some for sale on ebay?

Re: Suitable paint for Sherman
Mark,
I have used MV paint in the past, not in aerosol but sprayed through a full size gun. It was fine like that but I think it was quite a 'dense' paint and needs it's own MV thinners. I prefer to use cellulose now, while you can still get it, as it dries quickly weathers nicely and is relatively safe to spray.
