Hi Guys
Here are the pictures of the finished Late Tiger 1 and Tiger 2 Muzzle Brakes and some more of the process to make them.
These are available for sale and will ship in around two weeks once the castings are completed and assembly instructions written. The only part I do not have made is the rear locking ring, this has to be photo-etched and will be available in about 6 weeks. Once I have these in stock I will send to all those that have purchased a muzzle brake.
I have decided to sell muzzle brake with or without the barrel rifling plug.
TT56-A Tiger 1 Late and Tiger 2 Muzzle Brake Assemble without Rifling Plug ASF
TT56-K Tiger 1 Late and Tiger 2 Muzzle Brake without Rifling Plug Kit $150.00
TT56-B Tiger 1 Late and Tiger 2 Muzzle Brake assembled with Rifling Plug ASF
TT56-BK Tiger 1 Late and Tiger 2 Muzzle Brake Plug Kit with assembled Rifling Plug $200.00
I have 25 units of the rifling plate in stock, 15 have already been sold. Once these are gone in will be around a month to six weeks before I get them in stock again.
Completed mold and separated with masters still in place.
Mold with fill gates and air vents cut.
First test casting. The center bottom part did not fill on this first shot and larger parts over filled. With spin speed and pressure adjustment, six tests shots later I got parts all to fill okay.
Sample of cast parts.
Test assembly.
Under-coated assembled brake. Note the join lines still show. These will need filling and cleaning before final paint.
Samples of the interior detail.
Regards
Mike

Very, very nice work there (again) Mike.
Now everyone that missed the Hugo S muzzle have a chance to get an accurate Late T1/KT muzzle.
And please note that Mid/Late Jagdpanthers also used this smaller 88 muzzle.
Kind regards
Kent

It´s all in the details!

Hi Kent
Thanks for the information, I thought it was also on the Jagdpanther and you have saved me some research time. Can anyone tell me if the Armortek Jadgpanther barrel has the same size receiving thread for the muzzle brake as on the KT barrel.
Regards
Mike

Hi Guys
I thought I had sold out of the 88 mm rifling plates to make the barrel rifling plugs for the muzzle brake, while making up some 75 mm barrel plugs I found a half sheet of 88 mm plates mixed in the 75 mm plates so I can now offer another 7 Tiger 1 and Tiger 2 Muzzle Brakes with the rifle plugs. These plugs I made up yesterday and have cast more muzzle brakes. I now have 7 sets ready to ship. More 88 mm plates will be made when I next order photo-etched parts.
Regards

More outstanding work yet again MIke.I cannot wait to get mine,I have had some fun and games building your STernantenna kit for my future KT2.I think I have now seen the smallest screws ever so far.

Hi Gary
Glad you had fun with the SD Antenna, there are smaller nuts and bolts, I just have not found a use for them yet.
Muzzle Brake will be in the mail by the weekend, still finalizing the other parts on your back order.
