We are very sorry that the forum has been down for the last week.
As you will see the gallery is still down, however we hope to have this back up by the morning.
The change of server last week also affected the sales@armortek.co.uk e-mail. I do know that some e-mails that were sent to me did not get through. If you did e-mail me and have not had a reply can you please re-send.
As you will see the old forum is still accessible, this will be available until the end of August this year which will hopefully give everyone time to extract any information required.
Gill

Hi Gill,
Unfortunatly I have not checked the forum for the last week, so have missed your announcement that you are changing servers and the old Gallery will be lost together with the old forum in the near future.
I think that there was an opportunity here for Armortek to create a CD ROM containing all this valuable information which could have been sold for a small fee, I’m sure many of us would have been happy to pay for this. Perhaps I am showing my ignorance here and there may be a reason why this was not possible.
I am just disappointed that I have not been able to download the gallery pictures.
If any of you guys out there have successfully found a way of creating such a cd containing the old forum and gallery I would be interested in obtaining a copy.
Anyway, its is good to see your site and product line go from strength to strength, as you know I’ve been around since dark old days of 2003 and haven't tired of coming here yet.
Best regards
Phil

The Gallery works fine from a hard drive, though it is a shock to see how much of an improvement the new Gallery is over the old one
I've not yet to be able to get the Forum to work.
It downloads as over 37,000 individual files, so you can perform a text search for information, which will at least allow you to find the necessary thread but it's not a particularly easy-to-use solution.
The search function built into the forum seems to need the web server to perform the search so is unlikely to ever work from a CD. I'm not a web expert so I would welcome comments from anyone who is
