2012 Tiger 1 Suspention bar fixed end holes to small?

Hey guys i have a question

I started my tank build today and was trying to hold the sides on with the M6x25 and Fixed ends but the threaded ends don't fit the holes. Am i doing something wrong or are these holes to small?

I remember just having to use the old emery cloth a bit so it pushed in but i
could still get it back out easy.
Same applied to the torsion bars when you get to them.

Sorry i wasn't trying to point out any quality issues i just didn't know if it was something that i was doing wrong or not

Just a little sanding at the beginning of the hole was all it needed, now fit's perfect.
