Cheers Steve.
Looks like the weather held out for you at least, must get to see the Tiger running one of these days.
Cheers Paul

Re: Tankfest Photos
Well it was certainly a very busy and enjoyable weekend. Despite the awful weather that we have had in June, we were very fortunate and saw a good amount of sun, if a little windy! Thank you to everyone who came along to support us, we had an excellent show of Armortek models, which as others have commented on, really pulled in the crowds.
Thanks for posting all the photos, they are much better than the few I took! which I have put on facebook at the link below.

Finally a very big thank you to those who helped us both on the Friday and at the end of the day on Sunday, with putting up and taking down the tents and helping us pack away. It really is very much appreciated.

Re: Tankfest Photos
It certainly was a very enjoyable event, even though I could only do one day this year.
The usual suspects were there, plus lots of new faces and models, from home and abroad.
Good to see the Centurion and Sturmtiger up close as well.
Thanks to everyone for posting the pictures - shame about the Squirrel! in the last one

Re: Tankfest Photos
Hi Bryan
Having just found out how to get pictures onto a posting here is a Tiger that you missed!
attachment=0]P6300085.JPG[/attachment]
Also I met two Scottish women by the Armortek stand who were waiting for their husbands to rendezvous with them there, they were very sympathetic and understanding of their husbands interests. They were from Glasgow and so had made a long journey for the event, so all I can say is take encouragement, maybe it could work out for you next year.[

Hi Derek
These are photos posted by Sven Strobbe not me, and there are some 180+ of them. Perhaps if Sven reads this he can help. I know if you do not have a Facebook account you can see our facebook page, but obvioulsy something is preventing Sven's photos from showing.
Our page is at

I have just checked and even when I am logged out I can see the content.
Hopefully Sven can help with a link.
