I just finished building a simple muzzle flash solution in the old Panther. 2 high powered led's attached to a btransistor and battery activitated by a Benedini soundcard. Spend less than 10 euro on it.

Looks good Maarten
Muzzle flashes work really well with tanks with a muzzle brake, as you get all the reflections from the baffle etc.
