Hello Nick, if you can create a build as superb as this, then you will get the finish right . Step back, take a deep breath and then carry on with your excellent build.
John and Phil are right....I am still trying to get the hang of 'spray cans' . From my view point the finish looks brilliant.

Best wishes, keep on posting, I look forward to your build.....Mick

Hi Nick
Sorry I have posted as much as I would have liked to just a case of finding time.
Your paint job rearly is not that bad mate.
If you are airbrushing useing cans then you are a hiding to nothing a small 50 PSI compressor will do the job just fine also your airbrush if its a cheap one again not so good.
Like Phil I also run two - cup and jar both mine are iwata`s around the £250 mark and a 100 PSI compressor up till I started to rebuild my house I was doing a lot a custom artwork on motor bikes so went up market.
As John and Phil said put any numbers ect on first and then dust it down job done.
Nick after the fantastic job you have done so far I know you are going to make a good job great.
As i said befor mate any help you require just ask i`m no exspert but between us all there is nothing we can not do.
Keep up the good work.
All the very best

Steve

Hi Nick
That will do the job just fine mate with the tank you not have any drop in pressure so no splattering ect.
Have a look on the internet there are some fantastic tutorials for the beginner that you will find a great help.
Practice practice and more practice mate   that`s the way to go.
Have lots of fun bud if I can advise in any way just ask  .
All the very best

Steve beat me to it. Just wanted to mention the tutorials. Look at the tutorials on cleaning the brush. Also, do you have Aldi shops. They were selling ionizer cleaners that are great for cleaning the brush. Just take it apart. Pop all the parts in the cleaner bath. Switch on and it cleans completely in a couple of minutes. They were about €17.

Clean airbrush is most important and look after the needle.

I would weather a bit more when you get your numbers and markings on. Horizontal spray all round fading as you work your way up. Inspirational build. Very very well done.
