Did you do any reinforcement on the turret's rotation motor bracket? I wonder if it would be distorted a little bit while operating, because the turret's heavy weight....... ( I have the experience that the turret was jammed while rotating, maybe caused by the distortion.)
Are you going to install the smoking pack?

Hi Chang . I found like you , that the elevation bracket does bend under load so I've made a counter balance which helps a bit ! . I have tested turret turn it worked well for a while but did jammed and stop turning a couple of times , I think my deck moved back a bit as it was not bolted down which meant the gears miss matched . I might reinforce the bracket ... Dale

The issue of the deck moving under turret turn conditions is best addressed with two locating lugs countersunk and positioned at the front of the deck just in front of the drivers and radio operators hatches. This prevents the problem from a forward and backwards movement aspect, the sideways problem is already addressed by the recessed deck along the side plates. As a note, has anyone experienced electro mechanical feed back from their motors (through the amp) when mounted in close proximity to the motors?

Quick question, I'm new to the metal tank field, was wondering when you cross drilled your suspension arms what did you use as a "pin"? Did you glue this pin in, or thread it in? I've just started a Mid Tiger kit that was purchased second hand, hard to find these kits un-started. I've noticed that your suspension angle was bumped up a few degrees at the rear of the kit (35 at the front, 37 for the last two) have you needed to adjust the angle any more as the kit has settled over time? Thank you for your build threads, and any information you can provide.
