Steve/Luca/others,
I am currently working overseas but have purchased and received the ultimate Panther Kit. I received it in the US just days before leaving again for Africa. Anyway, I really didn't have the time to go through the parts. What I really would like someone to answer is what "accessories" really come with the kit. I have ordered bump stops, rear lights/reflectors and castle nuts from Steve Winstone but there seems to be so many pricey other items from various people, I'm not sure what to do.
For example: what is the supplied rear starter plate like?
are interior hatch parts provided?
are hinges, latches supplied for the rear storage
boxes?
I would appreciate any feedback.

Bill.
It all depends on what level of detail you are looking for, and ultimately how much you want to pay. The kit as supplied by Armortek builds into a very presentable model of the Panther but almost every part can be improved or super detailed.
My best advice would be to go through the various build threads and draw up a list of what you want to change or replace and then look at the cost.
As an example,
The rear starter plate as supplied by Armortek is slightly undersize and the towing pintle is misplaced undersize and lacks detail, These faults would not be noticed by 99% of people and as there is no after market replacement you only option is to make your own.
No interior hatch detail is supplied.
No latches are supplied for the bins.
Hope this helps
Steve
