I have just received the bronze investment cast parts I ordered in October 2010. I think I have to look for a new caster as these have taken to long, the last batch I ordered also took four months to deliver.
There was a problem with one of the casting flasks which resulted in lost parts for the MG AA mounts. I ordered 12 sets and only got two complete sets out of the flask. See pictures below. I have now reordered 24 more sets to fill current orders and have more available in stock. The caster has promised these will be completed in 4 to 6 weeks. The two complete sets will be delivered to the customers that have waited the longest for these. Sorry to the others that have them on order, but it is out of my hands. This is one problem I have dealing with third party manufactures.
I have also ordered more Tiger tow rope brackets, wing nuts and Panzer III tow rope brackets.
Good news is I now have the cast parts for Tiger 1 and 2 tow rope sets and wing nuts to complete Tiger 1 and 2 Cupolas, Periscopes, Air Filters and Mudguards.
Customer orders that contain these parts will be expedited and shipped as soon as possible. Orders that contain MG AA mounts that I cannot fill will be shipped without the mount and mounts will be sent as soon as they are in stock.
