Hi Darryl

Use a long M4 screw from your fastener pack and screw into one of the grub screw holes and use this as a lever to tighten the shaft up further.

Lovely stuff! Cheers Mark.

Just done it. Blimey, it wasn't easy. I couldn't do it by hand, even with the screws in.
What I had to do, was wrap a cloth around the shaft to protect it, and then use pliers to enable me to give it that last little 'nip' up.

Still, it's done the trick. Thanks again Mark.

I would try using an appropriate die and tap to ensure the threads are clean all the way down and then try again.
