Another question - will this fit both the turret and hull MG positions ?

If so, put me down for four.

Adrian.

Comet MG

Post by steve winstone »

Hi Simon and Adrian,

Simon
There is 2 MGs on the Comet, one on the front and one in the Turret.

Hi Adrian,
The one in Turret only has the barrel showing, but you can modify mine as it comes in 3 pieces.

For anyone who wants to modify Dave's MG, I can supply you with the a piece of Fibre Optic plus 20" servo lead with LED the cost is £5.00 plus P &P

Kind Regards
Steve

Hi All,

I have just received a small batch of the MGs for the Comet, they will come complete with LED and a 20" lead and plug. The cost is £18.50 each. If you want one for the Turret, you will need to cut down the end of the MG to fit. If you are still interested please email me at steve.winstone@sky.com with your order.

Regards
Steve

Bit of Thread Necromancy here ...........

I've just bought one of these from Steve Winstone, so they're still out there, although I don't know how many he's got in stock.

A lovely bit of kit. Now to figure out how to fit it !

Stay well,
