Willkommen!

My family has enjoyed Germany so much when we have been on holiday there - four times now - that my son wants to come and live and work there. He's been learning German for a year now and gets his 'Master of Engineering' degree next year.

Hi Thomas,

Welcome! Willkommen!

My wife is also from the Cologne area (Bergisch Gladbach). I travel to Cologne about every two years, either for vacation or work since I work for Bayer.

Regards,

Mark

We've bicycled all over southern German and into Austria and Switzerland at times. Fabulous. Anyone wanting a recommendation for a holiday - you could not do better than southern Germany.

This year we ended up in Stein am Rhine on the hottest day of the year. The locals were throwing themselves into the Rhine fully dressed to keep cool.
