Post by Walter van Rijmenam »

Hi,

I working on a Mid production (2010) Tiger 1 tank.

With some help from you the forum I made to build
the Tank.

And its looks like a tank.

I ordered the motion pack and all modules
and speakers

Form the motion pack, I assembled all motors.

But now I a have problem ware, how and
do I mount the modules and speakers in the tank.
A picture wil do.

My last question which type of battery Lead, NC or
NMH and the size.

I wish you all a nice weekend.

Many greetings from a happy dutch man,

Walter

Hi Walter

My apologies for not replying to you directly before.

You need gel type sealed lead acid batteries. The best size to go for is 20Amp hours. Some builders do use bigger capacity for longer running.

Speakers are best mounted under the rear engine grills, with a combination of the provided bracket and velcro or adhesive pads.

The power supply module needs to be positioned so that you can reach the on button and see the battery monitor LED.

The other modules sit on the pannier floors. You can site them to suit your own preference. They can be bolted down or fixed with adhesive or velcro pads.

Regards
Mark
