Hi William

The parts will be manufactured with the Panther Universal Hulls this Autumn. Mark will try to make the necessary parts early in the run so that they are available as soon as possible. We will post again as soon as we have more information.

Hello everyone,

This is the new double torsion bar system fitted to the prototype universal hull for the new Panther production. This hull is constructed from original Panther production parts, proving that the new system can be retro fitted to your existing Panther and Jagdpanther models. Suspension arm angle is completely adustable both during build and after completion of the whole model. Torsion bars are supplied with the flat already ground on one end and wedge clamped solid at the rocker end.

Hi Chang

The Panther and its variants were the only big German tanks fitted with double torsion bars. The Tiger 1, King Tiger and Panzer 111, all had only single torsion bar suspension systems.
