benedini tbs 5 help please

hi guys
just fitted the tbs 5 and replaced my old smoker for thomas water smoker , everthins running ok sounds , smoker. but when first turning on i get six sounds like intererence same time the three led,s flashs on the sound board

also the mg light flashes once as well, this is every time it turned on

.the sound unit , amplifier and smoker are run of a spare 12v batt. :roll:is this normall?

p.s the smokers ACE WELL HAPPY, JUST LIKE THE REAL TIGER and only on coloured water too.

Hi Richie

The LED flashing 3 times indicates you are using the joystick control (called toggle switch method by Thomas). If you are using another method you will have to change the setup of the board. If so, let me know and I'll run you through it.

Switch on your transmitter and receiver. Make sure all your sticks are neutral, then press the programme button. This the button next to the flashing LED. All the sounds should be played in sequence, then the LED will flash continuously. Switch your receiver off then back on.

When you next switch everything on, you should get 3 flashes and hear 3 clicks from your sound board. That's your board programmed ready to operate.
