Drive sprocket hub cap

What holds the cone head bolts on the sprocket hub cap ? Just Lock tight ?

hi alvin , you can lock tight them in or you can file one of the flats

on a 3mm nut so it just fits in , or a bit of 2 part epoxy on the threads

I thought of grinding the 3mm nuts but was not sure of the hub clearance. Just thought that was the way to go since the stud sticks out.
