hi guys happy new year
santa brought me a benedini sound and smoke unit, but what bec unit do i need and were do i get it, tried maplins, no joy my tiger runs on 24v with 4qd,s my reciever as a 4.8 700mah ni cad that i want to do away with., as my 1/4th recoil servo drains this,also i have a spare 12v for my figures ,lights ect. thomas said use the spare battery for the sound unit. so would i need two bec,s or just one? sorry abaut all this just getting lost with it

Your Benedini sound unit can be powered straight from your 12 volt battery without the need for a BEC. Do you have an amplifier for your sound unit? Thomas's will run straight off 12 volts as well.
You can get a bec for your reciever at http://electricflight-cumbria.co.uk/cat ... cts_id=126. If you find it can't cope with your recoil servo, it may be a case of getting the largest capacity reciever battery you can find.
