turret and bin (mid production model)

Am i going up the wrong path.

I have tried to attach the bin bottom brackets(CE0428) to the turret wrap with a M3 *20 cap and nut- is this the correct approach or is it the M4 *8 hex. depends how you read the fastner list on page 36

Trying the former with the turret base in situe is a nightmare and i aint getting anywhere fast
