Very early mud guards

Post by Roland Mann »

Hi all Tiger friends,

with the supply of chequered plates frome Mike Stannard I was able to do my front mud guards for my very early Tiger I. For those of you not too long in the forum, I'm building a very early version of the Tiger I. So I thought some different mud guards to see is a welcome change.

OK the hold downs still missing. That will be the next parts to produce. I just have to follow Geoffreys pictures.

Excellent looking parts Roland :D :D

I too thought it would be interesting to have an "Initial" specification Tiger and had pondered making new front and rear mudguards but I understand the turret would also need quite a few changes so have shelved the idea :?

Adrian.

OK, there are not to many very early Tigers out there. However, here are my final front fenders - ready to run.

Thank you all for your compliments. Now I wonder what I do next - the engine or the rear fenders. Will look in my cristal ball to analyse my ambitions.

Thanks again Roland

Hi Jeff, this time I got your name correct ! Thank you for your comment. The engine is on rest since I have received a pile of information and I have to sort out wich way to go. Sure is I will continue on the HL 210 P45 and I think I can use what I have made up to now. will report about my next steps.

Dale,

You have noticed how Roland only shows us bits and pieces of his piece of art.

Perhaps he dosen't want to make us feel bad because we (I) do not stand a chance of approaching his level of expertise. :D :D

A true artist ,Roland, One of the few!
