Christmas Greetings

Post by Armortek »

Well, yet another year has passed. Where did it go!

They say time goes faster if you are busy and we certainly have been. It has been a very good year thanks to all of you and your enthusiasm for the hobby.

The highlight of the year for us would be the Open Day, it was amazing to have you here with your models and we really appreciate the effort that was made by so many of you to attend. We are sure that next years event (13th September) will be even bigger and better!

The launch of the new web site was another step forward. We are very grateful to all of you for your regular contributions to the forum which is not only read by Armortek customers but many other enthusiast of the hobby around the world. It never ceases to amaze us when we check the stats to see that we regularly have over 100,000 hits a day!

We attended several shows of which the most memorable, probably for all the wrong reasons, was the muddiest War and Peace ever! Despite this it was great again to have the support of many of you at the show and visiting on the various days.

This year saw the introduction of the Sdkfz 222 (still a few kits available), the Late Tiger 1 (now all sold) and the US Half Track (just 8 remaining). Delivery on the later will commence first week in January. As most of you have no doubt noticed our new model for 2008 is the JagdPanther. This kit will be ready for dispatch in the Spring. We have not firmed up the batch size as yet but as always it will be limited and the orders are already coming in.

Armortek will be officially closing from Monday 24th until 2nd January, although we will probably be popping in from time to time so if there is anything you need send an e-mail or leave a message on the answer phone and we will do our best to help.

Finally we would like to thank you for your kind seasonal wishes and cards and we would like to sincerely wish all our customers

A Very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Mark and Gill
