Introduction New Mid Tiger
Received word from Gill today that my Mid Tiger is on its way, so I figured its time to introduce myself to the group. Garden Railroading is what I do for a hobby. But, by accident last year, bouncing around on You Tube I came across the video of the KT being run outside the Armortek shop. My first and the lasting impression of the KT video was “that’s really coolâ€

Hi Ken!
I used to be deep into model railroading too, but 1/87. Those models "weigh rather light" (in more than one sense!) in this company. Quite appealing!
Have you seen von Abt's dioramas? http://www.vonabt.co.uk/dios/class52/index.html That's quite some garden railroad! Gosh!
Cheers,
/Chris

Chris:
I did see von Abt’s dioramas, fantastic craftsmanship, but not something you can take to the local train meet. I model in 1:20.3 scale, small enough to take to a meet, large enough to see all the detail. As for the tank, that’s why I have a pick-up truck.
Have been tracking my packages, there in Philadelphia. Maybe I see them tomorrow, will post the chassis number.

Packages arrived today; big box was split open but nothing missing. I did the inventory of all four boxes; I was amazed by the amount of parts. Looks like it going to be a fun build.
Have chassis Nr. 045
