Hi Guys.
My track does not fit the sprockets. So I measure both. And here is what I have.the track holes: inside to inside is 76.9mm/77.1mm.
Outside to outside is 95.5mm
the drive sprocket is smaller
inside to inside is 75.3mm
and outside to outside is 87.7mm
What is the correct size? which is made wrong?
track or the sprocket?
Thanks
Dan

Hello Dan
Sounds like you have the sprockets wrong way round on the hub.

Hi Lee,
I just looked at the book,a closer look! and I notice that the step in the rings, goes to the
outside of both the front and the rear of the sprocket.
This sets me back.
Thanks for your quick input.
When I was building the sprockets I thought the rabbit goes in.Which would make the spacing smaller. Now I see by putting them to the outside it makes the rings wider. And the screws will have less sticking out pass the nuts?
Thanks Lee. I had no idea!

Hi Lee,
I did the same thing with the Tiger1 Late sprockets.I was working on fixing the KT sprockets, when I started thinking about the Tiger1.Sure enough there wrong too.I missed the fine detail from the book,it's there. You have to look hard at it.I will have to assume that the rear ring has to be turn around too.
With the step facing outside?
Thanks Lee.
